The Osun State Chapter of the Integrity Group of Nigeria has called on Nigerians to stand firmly behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stressing that the nation’s security and stability depend largely on collective support for his ongoing reforms.
In a statement issued by the Group’s Publicity Secretary, Hon. Ismail Alade Iwa, the Osun State Chairman, Comr. Salam Mustapha Olamilekan, emphasized that Nigeria is at a critical stage where unity, patriotism, and cooperation are essential to overcoming the security challenges facing the country.
Comr. Salam Mustapha Olamilekan noted that President Tinubu has demonstrated unwavering commitment to strengthening the nation’s security architecture through strategic reforms, improved coordination among security agencies, and increased investment in intelligence-led operations. He stated that these efforts, though gradual are beginning to reshape Nigeria’s response to terrorism, banditry, and other criminal threats.
The Group observed that no government can succeed in securing a nation without the full cooperation of its people. It urged Nigerians to avoid partisan bitterness and divisive narratives that weaken national resolve, reminding citizens that peace and security are shared responsibilities.
The Osun Integrity Group further highlighted that the President’s tough but necessary reforms are geared towards laying a strong foundation for long-term national stability, economic recovery, and improved safety across communities.
Reaffirming its confidence in President Tinubu’s leadership, the Osun State Integrity Group called on Nigerians, especially the people of Osun to remain united, vigilant, and supportive of government efforts aimed at achieving a safer and more prosperous Nigeria.
