The Ife East Campaign Committee, under the leadership of its Director-General, Hon. Ganiyu Mayowa Egbetunde, held a strategic engagement with members of the My New Nigeria group, led by Architect Adegoke, as part of ongoing grassroots mobilization ahead of the August 15 Osun State Governorship Election.
During the meeting, members of the group declared their unwavering support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO). They reaffirmed their commitment to working tirelessly for the party’s victory and pledged to mobilize massive votes for the APC on election day.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Architect Adegoke expressed confidence in AMBO’s leadership capacity, describing him as the candidate best positioned to provide purposeful leadership and accelerate sustainable development across Osun State. He assured the campaign team that the group’s support is genuine, organic, and driven by a collective desire to see the state move forward under progressive leadership.
In his remarks, Hon. Ganiyu Mayowa Egbetunde expressed appreciation to the group for its overwhelming show of solidarity and encouraged members to sustain the momentum by taking the campaign message to every household and polling unit across Ife East.
Also speaking, The Ife East Local Government Chairman, Hon. Akinwole Akinwale commended the members for their steadfast commitment to the ideals of the APC, noting that the growing wave of support across Ife East and other parts of the state is a strong indication of the people’s confidence in AMBO’s candidacy.
The meeting ended with a renewed commitment by all stakeholders to intensify grassroots mobilization and work collectively towards delivering a resounding victory for the APC in the August 15 governorship election.
With all hands on deck and the increasing support from various groups and communities, the APC remains confident that August 15 will mark the beginning of a new era of progressive leadership in Osun State under AMBO.
