A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State and the leading aspirant for Osun East Senatorial District in the 2027 General Election, Prince Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe PhD, has assured the great people of Osun State that the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate for the 2026 election, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, popularly known as AMBO, is fully prepared to reposition the state for lasting greatness.
In a statement signed and released by his media team, Prince Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe PhD described AMBO as a tested, disciplined and people-oriented leader whose wealth of experience in public service has clearly prepared him for the task of governing Osun State at this critical time in its history.
Prince Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe noted that AMBO’s readiness is not based on empty promises, but on a clear understanding of the needs of the people across all local governments and communities. According to him, AMBO represents a new phase of purposeful leadership anchored on economic revival, infrastructural development, youth empowerment, agricultural expansion and improved social welfare for the vulnerable.
He further stated that the APC governorship candidate has consistently demonstrated capacity, humility and commitment to public accountability, stressing that these qualities are urgently needed to restore confidence in governance and to place Osun State on a sustainable path of growth and development.
