*Iwo Progressive Club University College Hospital Ibadan Presents Community Development Award to Hon. Ismail Sefiu Oluwasinaayomi Akogun*
On the 2nd of December, 2025, the Iwo Progressive Club, the distinguished association of Iwo indigenes working at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, proudly honoured Hon. Ismail Sefiu Oluwasinaayomi Akogun with a Community Development Award.
This honour was bestowed in recognition of his outstanding contributions, visionary leadership, and unwavering dedication to community development, particularly in transforming lives and fostering a brighter future for the people of Iwo Federal Constituency and beyond.
Although unavoidably absent, Hon. Akogun was ably represented by Hon. Abidoye, who received the award on his behalf. The Club commended Hon. Akogun’s people-centered approach, his commitment to youth empowerment, educational support, social welfare initiatives, and his relentless passion for inclusive development.
