The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State is joining millions of Nigerians, both at home and abroad, in celebrating our beloved nation’s 65th Independence Anniversary.
In a statement from the party’s Director of Media and Information, Mogaji Kola Olabisi, today, the Osun State APC chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, extended the party’s heartfelt congratulations to Nigerians for their resilience, patriotism, and steadfast commitment to the unity and progress of Nigeria
Lawal highlighted that President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda is the best path forward for sustainable growth, economic recovery and national prosperity.
He pointed out that while the bold economic reforms introduced by the current administration may have been tough at first, they are starting to show real positive results that will help position Nigeria as a formidable player on the global economic stage.
According to the state party chairman: “President Tinubu’s administration has bravely taken steps to rebuild the economy, restore investors’ confidence and steer the nation towards long-term stability.
“Nigerians need to stay strong, patient and supportive of this vision, as the sacrifices we make today will plant the seeds for a brighter tomorrow.”
He urged the citizens of the state to get ready for transformative change, emphasizing that the Renewed Hope Agenda is more than just a catchy phrase; it’s a well-thought-out plan aimed at ensuring development, creating jobs, securing food supply and renewing our infrastructure.
Lawal reassured everyone that the APC, both at the federal and state levels, is dedicated to good governance, grassroots development and policies that will uplift every Nigerian, regardless of their background, religion or political beliefs.
“As we celebrate Nigeria at 65, let’s not allow cynicism or political distractions to derail our shared goal of a stronger, more prosperous, and united nation.
“Now is the time for unwavering loyalty to the Nigerian project and steadfast support for President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope vision.” the statement concluded.
