Sooko Tajudeen Lawal: The Steady Compass of Osun Progressivism ~ Prince Boye Adegoke

Today, I join countless members of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), to celebrate a rare breed of politician a man of uncommon courage, clarity, and consistency Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, the indefatigable Chairman of the APC in Osun State.

Sooko Lawal is not just a party administrator; he is a father, a mentor, and a symbol of ideological purity. In a political terrain increasingly defined by opportunism and expediency, Sooko stands out as a hardcore progressive and one who does not waver when it comes to the core principles that define our party: people-first governance, grassroots empowerment, and sustainable development.

Under his leadership, the APC in Osun State has been a beacon of internal cohesion, discipline, and strategic engagement. At a time when many state chapters grapple with internal strife, Sooko Lawal has led with patience and foresight, binding together divergent interests with a steady hand and an open heart.

His loyalty to the progressive family is not in doubt. His wisdom is not in short supply. And his courage to speak the truth, even when it is politically inconvenient, has made him a respected leader across divides.

I have personally witnessed how he nurtures young leaders, opens his doors to all, and defends the ideals of our founding fathers without blinking. Sooko is not just a politician; he is a movement builder the kind our generation needs.

As he marks another year on earth, I salute him not just for growing older but for growing stronger, wiser, and even more committed to the cause of the people. We pray that God continues to preserve his life, deepen his wisdom, and expand his influence in the service of our state and nation.

May his years ahead be filled with grace, strength, and even greater victories for him, for Osun APC, and for Nigeria.

Happy Birthday, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal.

You are truly a father and a hardcore progressive.
