A prominent governorship aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Omooba Dotun Babayemi, has described the state party chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, as a great and pragmatic leader who would lead the party to victory in the 2026 gubernatorial election in the state.
Babayemi stressed that the efforts of the chairman and members of the state executive have been strategic and commendable.
The Gbongan-born Prince who is the leading governorship aspirant of APC in the state, made these known in his congratulatory message to Alhaji Lawal on the occasion of his birthday.
“Sooko Tajudeen Lawal is not only a blessing to Osun APC but to Nigeria as a whole. He has been working relentlessly towards making sure that our party stays strong in order to ensure its victory during the 2026 governorship election in our state, Osun “he pointed out.
While joining others to celebrate the attainment of another age by the Chairman, Babayemi prayed that God would grant him more years on earth, adding that through his leadership of the party in the state, APC would be returned to power.
Meanwhile, he has enjoined members of the party across the state to continue to support the party and its leadership for the envisaged victory in the 2026 gubernatorial election to become a reality.
