Aare (Engr.) Benjamin Kayode Adereti has extended warm congratulations to Honourable Rotimi Mikhail Makinde on his recent appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Chairman, Governing Council of Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic, Kebbi State.
Aare Adereti described the appointment as a befitting recognition of Hon. Makinde’s pedigree as a seasoned accountant, astute politician, and community builder who has consistently demonstrated excellence in leadership and service.
“Honourable Rotimi Makinde is a man whose records of service speak volumes. As a former member of the House of Representatives, he championed bills and motions geared towards education, youth empowerment, and grassroots development. Beyond politics, his remarkable career as a chartered accountant and his philanthropic gestures across Osun State and beyond remain commendable,” Aare Adereti stated.
He urged Hon. Makinde to bring his wealth of experience and track record of accountability, transparency, and innovation to bear in steering the Polytechnic towards greater academic distinction and infrastructural growth.
“Your appointment is not only a personal achievement but also a source of pride to Ile-Ife, Osun State, and indeed the entire South-West. I have no doubt that you will discharge this responsibility with the same passion and dedication you have shown in every role you have held,” Aare Adereti added.
He prayed for God’s guidance and wisdom for Hon. Makinde in his new assignment.
