Osun APC Celebrates Adewinmbi On Birthday Anniversary
The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated one of its chieftains, Brigadier-General Biodun Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd), on his birthday anniversary.
In a statement released by the party’s Director of Media and Information, Mogaji Kola Olabisi, today, the State Chairman of the APC, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, praised Brigadier-General Adewinmbi for his outstanding dedication to the protection of lives and property in Osun State and his continued support for community development and good governance.
Lawal said the retired General remains a role model in leadership, discipline and service.
He noted that even after retiring from active military service, the ‘Birthday Boy’ continues to contribute to the peace and security of the state, showing a deep love for his people and the progress of Osun State.
The state APC chairman stated that the leading opposition party in the state is proud to have such a committed and selfless individual in its ranks.
In Lawal’s words: “Brigadier-General Adewinmbi’s consistent efforts in community outreach, youth empowerment and public safety have left a lasting impact on many lives across the state.
“I am enjoining the younger members of our party and political office holders to emulate General Adewinmbi’s sense of responsibility and patriotism.
“His life and career reflect true leadership and dedication to the common good.
“May Almighty God continues to guide and protect the ‘Birthday Boy’, grant him long life, renewed strength, and wisdom to keep serving the people and making meaningful contributions to the state and the nation”.
The APC chairman further prayed for peace, unity and greater progress in Osun State, with leaders like General Adewinmbi continuing to show the way through their actions.
