The Acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori, has advised Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, to follow the proper procedure if he is truly interested in joining the APC.
Dalori made this known today during a press briefing after the APC Northwest Stakeholders’ Meeting.
He stated clearly that, as of now, the national leadership of the APC is not aware of any formal move by Governor Adeleke to join the party. He cautioned the governor against making political statements or announcements on social media without engaging the appropriate channels of the party.
He also warned Governor Adeleke to stop using the name of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a cover for his political ambitions or negotiations.
The Acting Chairman urged APC leaders and members in Osun State to remain focused, continue their grassroots mobilization efforts, and support President Tinubu’s administration without being distracted by rumors or political propaganda.
