The former Vice President Alhaji Namadi Sambo has officially defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Sambo, who served as Nigeria’s Vice President under President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan from 2010 to 2015, is one of the most prominent figures to leave the PDP in recent times.
